​Tuition Fees and Levies are charged by the term and sent via email in Week 1 of Term 1, Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4. All fees and charges must be paid within 14 days of the date of invoice. St Joachim's School Fee Policy can be viewed on the school's website under the enrolments tab. (www.stjoachimscps.qld.edu.au/Enrolments).

​​The school accepts payments towards fees and levies by EFTPOS, credit card, BPAY, direct debit and cash. ​​​

Paying the School Fees​​

Various payment options are available to parents to pay their school fees. Parents can pay by cash, but the school’s payment preference is BPAY, Direct Debit or EFTPOS.
