​​​​​Incorporating technology and robotics into all curriculum areas is an important part of St Joachim's School teaching and learning opportunities. 

 

At St Joachim's School, we are a 1 to 1 iPad school for students from year 2 to year 6. A bank of MacBooks and iPads are available for use for all grade levels and are integrated into the learning environment when opportunities arise. 

 

STEM lessons, robotics, and peripheral devices are used across all grade levels as they allow students to explore, create and allow 'thinking' to happen outside the traditional classroom environment and teaching style. Teaching students to code and explore programming is a 21st-century language that we are incorporating into our school.
